FAQs

Payments are made via Stripe. All users must create and/or connect a Stripe account to Coferral in order to be paid through the platform.

No. Coferral does not deduct any taxes, unemployment, Social Security, or other payroll deductions from the Referral Fee Payments, Unlock Fee Payments and Recommendation Payments and that it is the User’s responsibility to make the appropriate tax returns, filings, and payments in accordance with Applicable Law.

Referral Bonuses are up to the Hiring Company but generally range from $2,500 up to $20,000.

Recommendation Bonuses are based on the hired candidates salary and the number of other Individuals who share in the Recommendation Payment. Payments could range from $10 - $1,000s of dollars.

After Stripe fees, Unlock Payment Bonuses are around $4.50. Meaning if 50 Recruiters paid to view your profile you could make $225 just for having a Coferral account.
